Booking and Scheduling a Consultation

To inquire about availability or to schedule a tasting, please fill out the form here. We book up fairly quickly and have limited availability for 2025 already. By filling out the form, your inquiry will be put into our calendar so that we are able to check our availability for your date.

There is a $25 fee for all cake tastings; this includes three flavors, as well as beverages from our cafe during your tasting. If you would like to add more flavors or include other dessert options there will be an additional fee which we will confirm with you before your tasting. Consultations are usually about an hour; we'll go over details like your theme, colors, design, guest count, flavors, dessert table, delivery and set up time, florals, etc.

We only offer in-person tastings from November through April. Our summers are too difficult with events, however if you are in need of a tasting during this time, we offer “Nomad Tasting Boxes.” We will include your chosen flavors and you can pick up directly in our café. Tasting boxes have a $25 fee; if you’d like to try more than three cake flavors or include other dessert options there will be an additional fee which we will confirm with you before you pick up your tasting box. Typically, we’ll schedule a recap call or converse via email for any questions. We apologize for any inconvenience, however we’ve chosen to give our undivided attention to our couples during wedding season, as we look forward to doing for you in the future!
